Once you get in touch with a member of our sales team you’ll receive detailed information about the available land parcels and prompt responses to any questions you may have. Following this initial contact, the sales representative will send you a catalog containing all the land parcels available for sale at that particular time, allowing you to choose the one that suits your preferences.
After you’ve made your selection, the sales representative will provide you with an updated subdivision map of the land. To ensure the land’s legitimacy and gather all necessary details, you’ll need to send a trusted representative for a site visit. This representative could be a family member, a close friend, or someone you trust implicitly.We shall provide you with a copy of the title deed of your preferred parcel of land so that you can search for the parcel either directly or with the help of your representative.
Once your representative confirms all the details, and you are satisfied with the land and ready to proceed with the purchase, Eneza Housing Cooperative Society will request your
scanned identification documents, including a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, and a passport-sized photo via email. Following this, they will send you a sales agreement that you will need to fill out and sign after you have gone through the sales agreement. The agreement shall contain payment terms that both you and us will have agreed to.
From this point forward, you can start making payments as agreed upon in the sale agreement, using the company’s approved mode of payment i.e you can make payments to either our Equity or Coop Bank Accounts or directly to our Dollar Account. The sales agreement has the bank account numbers. Upon completing the payments, we immediately initiate the title deed transfer process to your name, which usually takes 30days.
Once the title deed is ready we shall contact you on your preferred mode of collection, you can either; come for title deed collection in person within 30 days or send a representative to collect on your behalf or we can ship the title deed to you via DHL.
