Eneza Housing helps members to acquire land at affordable prices. Customers get ready titles and all tedious ground works are done by the society.
We have a saving / land deposit plan where members save gradually towards acquisition of properties.
We give dividends to our members yearly on share capital invested in our society(Return on Investment plan).
We offer favorable plot repayment terms to our customers on all our plots:- with minimum deposit, you can own a plot with us by paying the balance within six months . Balance after six months just attract 1% interest on reducing balance.
We offer discounted prices (based on each project) to our customers who pay in lump sum.
In future we have a plan of starting home ownership programme.

Eneza Housing has grown tremendously with a membership of above 500 members and over 35 million share capital.
